About NOLA-311
NOLA-311 Overview
Since March of 2012, NOLA-311 has been the go-to for non-emergency, city government services for the citizens of New Orleans. From streetlight outages to pothole repair to blight control and so much more, New Orleans residents can call 3-1-1 to speak with one of our highly trained NOLA-311 service agents about resolving non-emergency issues, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. (Callers from outside the City of New Orleans may dial 504-539-3266.)
In addition to calling 3-1-1 to submit a non-emergency request, New Orleans citizens may also submit a service request on the NOLA-311 website or reach out to us through the NOLA-311 Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages.
Each person who submits a service request, whether it is through a phone call, the website or social media, will receive a submission request number that can be used to track the progress of their submission. Simply call 3-1-1 and give the NOLA-311 service agent the submission request number to receive and update or check the status of the submission through the NOLA-311 Check Status page on the website.NOLA-311 is proud to serve the citizens of New Orleans and is constantly looking for ways to improve that service. As we continue to develop new and innovative ways to continue providing non-emergency support within the city, we will keep residents updated through the NOLA-311 website and social media pages.
